Catan Cities & Knights Board Game

Dark clouds gather over the once-peaceful landscape. Wild barbarians, lured by Catan’s wealth and power, maneuver to attack. Barbarians attack the weakest targets, and the victim of their onslaught will be the player who contributes the least to the defense of Catan. In Catan: Cities & Knights you engage in the defense of Catan and compete to build the three great metropolises of Catan. If you improve your culture, muster your knights, and enrich your fine cities, you will be the master of the great realm of Catan! Catan: Cities & Knights is a great strategy board game for teens and adults, ages 12 and older. Catan: Cities & Knights is not a complete game. Catan base game is required to play.

• Shifts the focus of the CATAN base game to city building and fortifying defenses.
• Players will need to gather resources in order to build their defenses against the incoming barbarian army.
• If players have enough Knights in play they can defend against the barbarians, but if not, the invaders will attack and cities will be downgraded to settlements.
• The ultimate goal for players is to have the most advanced cities at the end of the game.
• Catan: Cities & Knights is a great strategy board game for teens and adults, ages 12 and older.
• This is not a complete game! Requires Settlers of CATAN®  base game to play.
