Return policy for items purchased online and picked up at the store:
This policy is the same as our return policy inside the store. Items must be returned within 30 day and customers must have a receipt. No cash refunds are given, we offer exchanges or store credit only. We cannot accept returns on clothing.
Return policy for items that are shipped:
If an item is shipped and there is a problem, we will work with the buyer to resolve the issue. The item must be shipped back in the same condition it was received within 30 days for a refund to be processed.
