These terms apply to all store credit, loyalty rewards, promotional credit, and giveaway credit (“Store Credit”) issued by Wheeler’s Discount Store, whether earned, awarded, or issued as part of a promotion, giveaway, refund, or loyalty program.
1. No Cash Value
Store Credit has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted to cash, check, or any other form of payment, except where required by law.
2. Merchandise Only
Store Credit is redeemable only for merchandise sold by Wheeler’s Discount Store (in-store or at wheelersdiscount.com). It may not be used to purchase gift cards, applied to third-party fees, or transferred to another person or account.
3. Refunds on Store Credit Purchases
If you return an item that was purchased in whole or in part with Store Credit, the refund for the Store Credit portion will always be issued back as Store Credit — never as cash or a card refund.
4. Promotional Credit
Store Credit issued through promotions, giveaways, or the loyalty program is a discount privilege, not property. It is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be sold, bartered, or combined across accounts. Wheeler’s Discount Store may adjust or cancel credit that was issued in error or obtained through fraud, abuse of a promotion, or duplicate/fake accounts.
5. Redemption Window & Business Changes
Store Credit must be redeemed while Wheeler’s Discount Store is in operation. If the business closes, is sold, or otherwise ceases operations, any unredeemed Store Credit must be redeemed for merchandise before the announced closing date and will have no value — cash or otherwise — after that date. Store Credit is not a deposit, gift certificate, or stored monetary value and creates no monetary obligation.
6. Account Required
Store Credit is tied to your Wheeler’s Discount Store account and may only be used by the account holder. Keep your account email current — giveaway and credit notifications are sent by email.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies to all outstanding Store Credit.
