Return Policy

In-Store Pickup Returns

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • A valid receipt is required.
  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Exchanges or store credit only — cash refunds are not available.
  • Clothing items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipped Order Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except where the wrong item was sent or the product arrived damaged.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.
  • Factory-sealed items must remain unopened and undamaged. Opened or tampered items are not eligible for return.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, subject to the same product condition requirements above.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account.
