Welcome to Wheeler’s Discount Store. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of wheelersdiscount.com and to all purchases made online or in our store. By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Who We Are
Wheeler Supplies LLC (doing business as Wheeler’s Discount Store) is an independent, family-owned retailer and reseller located at 3500 Chesnee Hwy, Chesnee, SC 29323.
2. Independent Reseller — No Brand Affiliation
We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by any manufacturer or brand whose products we sell, unless expressly stated. All brand names, product names, logos, and trademarks that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the genuine products we offer for sale. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
3. Product Sourcing & Condition
We buy from a variety of lawful sources, including distributor purchases, overstock, closeouts, liquidation, and salvage lots, and resell those items at a discount. Because of this, an item’s packaging, accessories, or condition may differ from what you would find at a traditional retailer. Each listing describes the item’s condition — if you have a question about a specific item, ask us before you buy.
4. Warranties
Items sold by Wheeler’s do not include a manufacturer’s warranty unless the listing expressly says so. Manufacturer warranties frequently do not transfer on overstock, liquidation, or salvage goods, and we make no representation that any manufacturer will honor a warranty claim on an item we sell.
Instead, we stand behind what we sell: Wheeler’s provides a 30-day in-store warranty on the items we sell, unless stated otherwise in the listing (for example, items marked “as-is” or “final sale”). If an item fails within 30 days, bring it back with your receipt and we will make it right with an exchange or store credit under our Return Policy.
Except as expressly stated above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, products are provided without any other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Sales tax is collected where required. Payment is processed securely at checkout; your order is complete when payment is approved.
6. Shipping & Local Pickup

7. Returns
Returns are governed by our Return Policy (30 days, exchange or store credit, some exclusions such as clothing and opened factory-sealed items), which is part of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wheeler Supplies LLC’s total liability for any claim related to an order or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the item(s) at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
