RETURN POLICY

Wheeler Supplies LLC offers a fair and transparent return policy for all purchases.


In-Store Pickup Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

A valid receipt is required.

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

Exchanges or store credit only – cash refunds are not available.

Clothing items are final sale and cannot be returned.


Shipped Order Returns

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the wrong item was sent or the product arrived damaged.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.

Factory-sealed items must remain unopened and undamaged. Opened or tampered items are not eligible for return.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, subject to the same product condition requirements above.


Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear in your account.
