Wheeler Supplies LLC offers a fair and transparent return policy for both in-store pickups and shipped orders.

IN-STORE PICKUP RETURNS Items purchased online and picked up at our store follow the same return policy as in-store purchases:

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchaseA valid receipt is requiredNo cash refunds—store credit or exchange onlyClothing items are final sale and cannot be returned

SHIPPED ORDER RETURNS If your item was shipped and there’s an issue, we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Items must be returned within 30 days of deliveryReturn shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was ours (e.g., wrong item, damaged in transit)Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent

Factory-Sealed Items If an item was sold as factory sealed, it must be returned in factory-sealed condition—unopened and undamaged.

Opened or tampered factory-sealed items are

not eligible for return
